Sergeant Major Bradley enlisted in the Marine Corps on 17 April 2000 and reported to Marine Corps Recruit Depot Parris Island SC on 7 May 2000. Upon completion of recruit training Private First Class Bradley attended the School of Infantry aboard Camp Lejeune NC. Upon graduation Private First Class Bradley was assigned to Alpha Company 1st Battalion 3rd Marines Kaneohe Bay, Hawaii.
Private First Class Bradley was assigned as a machine gunner to Alpha Co from October 2000 until January 2004. Lance Corporal Bradley deployed to Okinawa Japan as part of the Unit Deployment Program on two occasions from July 2001 to February 2002 and April 2003-Octover 2003. Lance Corporal Bradley participated in Operation Enduring Freedom-Philippines.
In February 2004, Corporal Bradley reported to Recruiters School MCRD San Diego, California and upon graduation was assigned to RS Nashville,Tennessee for duty as a canvassing recruiter. Corporal Bradley enlisted over 80 applicants for service in the Marine Corps during his tour. Corporal Bradley was promoted to the rank of Sergeant on 1 August 2004.
In December 2006 Sergeant Bradley received orders to 3rd Battalion 8th Marines Camp Lejeune, North Carolina. Sergeant Bradley was assigned to India Company for duty as the machine gun section leader. Sergeant Bradley deployed in July of 2007 with the 22nd MEU aboard the USS KEARSARGE.
Sergeant Bradley deployed to Afghanistan as part of SPMAGTF-A from October 2008 to June 2009. Sergeant Bradley promoted to Staff Sergeant in November of 2008. Staff Sergeant Bradley was assigned as the PSD platoon commander.
In July 2009 Staff Sergeant Bradley received orders to Golf Co 2nd Battalion 24th Marines in Madison, Wisconsin and was assigned as the Training Chief.
In July of 2012 Staff Sergeant Bradley received orders to 2nd Battalion 6th Marines at Camp Lejeune, North Carolina and was assigned to Fox Company. Staff Sergeant Bradley deployed to Okinawa Japan on the Unit Deployment Program.
Staff Sergeant Bradley received orders to 2nd Tank Battalion on 1 August 2014 and was assigned to the Anti-Tank Platoon (TOWS) and served as Platoon Sergeant. Staff Sergeant Bradley was promoted to the rank Gunnery Sergeant on 1 October 2014.
Gunnery Sergeant Bradley received orders in March of 2015 to Marine Barracks Washington, D.C. and reported to Company A as the Company Gunnery Sergeant. In January 2017 Gunnery Sergeant Bradley was selected as the SNCOIC of the White House Communications Agency. Gunnery Sergeant Bradley reported to WHCA on 1 March 2017.
While assigned to WHCA, Gunnery Sergeant Bradley was tasked with providing highly trained Marines to OCONUS missions sites in support of the President and Vice President of the United States as well as members of the National Security Council. Gunnery Sergeant Bradley oversaw over 50 presidential trips to 25 countries and 11 states.
Gunnery Sergeant Bradley was promoted to the rank of First Sergeant on October 1st 2018 .
First Sergeant Bradley received orders to Region 4 (South America),Marine Corps Embassy Security Group on 1 July 2018. First Sergeant Bradley led 16 MSG Detachments across 13 countries while serving alongside the United States Department of State. First Sergeant Bradley was promoted to the rank of Sergeant Major and received orders to 3rd Battalion 6th Marines Camp Lejeune ,NC.
Sergeant Major Bradley assumed his duties as Battalion Sergeant Major for 3rd Bn 6th Marines on 16 December 2021 and led the Battalion on deployments to Norway (Cold Response 2022) and UDP 23-2 in Okinawa Japan from February 2023-August 2023.
Sergeant Major Bradley relinquished his duties as Battalion Sergeant Major 3rd Bn 6th Marines on December 5th 2023.
Sergeant Major Bradley assumed his duties as the Command Senior Enlisted Leader, Center for Naval Aviation Technical Training Marine Corps Air Station Cherry Point, North Carolina on 6 December 2023 and relinquished his duties on 6 June 2025.
Sergeant Major Bradley assumed his duties as the Command Senior Enlisted Leader, 6th Marine Regiment on 13 June 2025 where he currently serves.
Sergeant Major Bradley's personal decorations include the Meritorious Service Medal , Navy Commendation Medal, Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal, and the Presidential Support Badge.
